Cricket teams have become very strict when it comes to fitness. They have added the yo-yo test as the main criteria to be included in the squads.

With the competition getting tougher, teams have to leave no stone unturned on the field for a better result. Gone are those days when captains had to hide their weak fielders. The eleven players on the field should be at their best at least fitness wise.

Like Indian cricket team, Pakistan is also taking fitness seriously and hence the yo-yo test before every series or tournament. Recently, they underwent a fitness test ahead of the Asia Cup 2018 and some passed with outstanding scores, while few failed to qualify.

Fans are eager to know to the yo-yo test score of Pakistani skipper Sarfraz Ahmed. The captain managed to pass the test but left behind Indian captain Virat Kohli in terms of score. He, however, scored his career-best 18.2. But Virat has much higher score than this. The Indian ace batsman had scored 19 in the fitness and endurance test.

According to the sources, 17.4 point was the benchmark to clear the Yo-Yo fitness test and a total of 16 players passed the test except for Imad who managed 17.2 points.

The top scorer for Pakistan was pacer Hasan Ali who even left Virat behind with a score of 20.
