Australia are back to the training ground ahead of the fifth and final Test match at Sydney. Good news from the camp was that Mitchell Starc was back to practice while Steve Smith missing the practice session seems to be a worry. Smith who suffered from a sore finger in the fourth Test now has been suffering from a sore back which denied him from joining the practice session.

Steve Smith is the highest run scorer so far in the Ashes with 604 runs under his belt while Mitchell Starc in spite of missing the fourth Test is leading the wicket tally with 19 wickets. With Starc regaining his fitness he could be back for the final Test match to round off what has been an Ashes to remember for him.

With Steve Smith missing the practice session it will be really interesting to see his development and if he will be leading Australia in the final Test in Sydney. Australia regained the Ashes with victories in the first three tests of the five-match series.
