Whoever says they didn't enjoy Tim Paine's banter from behind the stumps are lying. The Australian captain has been very witty with the words this series. But his performance hasn't been so good with the bat like his tongue.
In fact, his team is on the verge of losing a Test series against India for the first time in their home. They are 2-1 down in the series and the last Test is gradually slipping away from their hands after India posted a mammoth total of 622/7d.
But, again, that didn't affect the humorous side of Paine. The Aussie cricketer, after the second day's play, faced the press and despite having a bad day on the field, he gave everyone a chucklesome moment.
Paine answered a journalist's phone in the middle of the presser. "Tim Paine speaking ... who is it sorry? Who are you after?" he asked.
"Who is it sorry? Casey in Hong Kong?
"Oh Martin, right. He's in the middle of a press conference, can I get him to call you back?
"No worries, I'll tell him to check his emails."

Australia will continue from 24/0 on the third day of the Sydney Test. They are still 598 runs behind India's score of 622/7d.
