Mitchell Johnson is having a go at Virat Kohli lately as the Test series is getting heated game after game. The former Australian pacer has certainly found it hard to please the Indian fans as he has attacked their beloved cricketer Kohli.

Fans can be seen roasting the Aussie on social media, especially after his column where he called Kohli silly. But in an attempt to take down Johnson, a fan goofed up and ended up becoming a butt of a joke.

The fan took a jibe at Johnson for going unsold in the Indian Premier League 12 auction at Jaipur on Tuesday. But funnily, the former Mumbai Indians pacer wasn't in the auction. In fact, Johnson has retired from all form of cricket this year.

The left-arm paceman had retired from the international game in 2015 but was playing in Australia's Big Bash and IPL.

“Hey silly unsold @MitchJohnson398," the fan tweeted. Responding to him, the cricketer wrote: “Hello champion, just a reminder, I retired from all cricket earlier this year ????????????????‍♂️“

Johnson was unsold earlier this year in the mega IPL 2018 auction. Johnson has represented Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab during his stint in the IPL.
