India's head coach Ravi Shastri called Prithvi Shaw a mixture of three former greats, Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, and Virender Sehwag.

Well, Shaw still has a lot of time to reach there but in just two Tests for India, the youngster has increased his fan following. It was evident during the practice session when a lot of fans gathered just to get a picture with the rising Indian batsman.

Shaw didn't disappoint them and obliged his supporters with a selfie at the Sydney Cricket Ground. BCCI's official Twitter account shared the video on Twitter and wrote, "Young @PrithviShaw already managing to grab eyeballs here in Australia. Fans throng at The SCG for a selfie and autograph from the rising Star of #TeamIndia ????????????????????????."

The 19-year-old opener is part of Indian team for the four-match practice match against Cricket Australia XI. He was the highest scorer in India's first innings. The southpaw added 66 quick runs off 69 balls in India's total of 358.

Shaw is expected to feature in India's playing XI for the first Test which is set to kick-off on December 6. India must be worried about KL Rahul who hasn't got his touch back. He even failed in the practice match and scored just 3 runs.

In two Test matches against West Indies, Rahul added just 37 runs in three innings, while Prithvi was India's highest scorer in the series.
