Indian captain Virat Kohli was infuriated when rain interrupted the second T20I against Australia.

It was the 19th over and Virat wanted umpires to call the game off and walk off instead of completing the over. Jasprit Bumrah was the bowler and he had bowled two balls before the rain got heavy.

Asking the umpires to stop the play, Virat looked upset after the on-field umpire continued the game. Even Michael Clarke in the commentary box agreed with Kohli and echoed his words.

The umpires suspended the game only after the 19th over and Australia finished on 132/7. It was very difficult for the bowler to bowl with a wet ball. Even the run-up was risky as Bumrah might have slipped and injured himself because of rain.

Later after the over, the game was called off and unfortunately, it never resumed as the rain paid a visit at regular intervals making it hard for the outfield to soak down the water.

Australia is currently leading the series by 1-0 and the third and final T20I is set to be played in Sydney on this Sunday.
