The most sought after couple in India, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma finally put the rumors of their marriage to rest, by getting hitched in Italy.
The couple, who dated for the past 3-4 years, married amongst the presence of close friends and family members in a villa in Tuscany, Italy and kept their wedding a secret until the last possible moment. The couple released a joint statement after the wedding thanking their fans and media for respecting their need for privacy.
Now, the wedding proved to be one of the sneakiest celebrity marriage in India, but details of the marriage kept leaking through. It has come to light that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma will move into a new flat in Worli, Mumbai after coming back from the wedding.
The apartment is a 7,171-sq-ft sea-view apartment on 35th floor of tower C is a part of residential project Omkar 1973. Virat Kohli acquired the flat last year for a reported value of INR 34 crore. As reported in Economic Times, “Kohli's luxury pad will be a bare-shell open sky bungalow that will be customized as per his taste later.”
Virat Kohli’s India teammate Yuvraj Singh has also brought a flat in the C tower, on the 25th floor. Kohli is supposed to get the possession of the flat in early 2018.
